Ahmad Konash
Ahmad, originally trained as an architect, made a significant shift to the realm of graphic design in 2005, marking the beginning of his journey in the creative industry. His transition into graphic design paved the way for his involvement in diverse design, advertising, and communication projects. Notably, he played a crucial role in developing major campaigns for Abdullatif Jameel and Kingdom Holding, and was instrumental in producing over 30 public service announcement films for these organisations. Ahmad also played a key role in shaping the identity and launch of Nas Air (now flynas), the Kingdom's pioneering private no-frills airline. In 2013, Ahmad co-founded Onsor Mosha, guiding the creative team to secure several regional awards and nominations. The agency collaborates with prestigious clients such as ROSHN, Jabal Omar, Alinma Bank, and National Housing Company, among others. With a Master's in Applied Arts from Emily Carr University (2011) and a Bachelor's in Architecture from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (2005), Ahmad shares his industry expertise as a visiting speaker at Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University, focusing on professional practice. Ahmad's commitment to the design and advertising community in Saudi Arabia is evident through his active involvement as a panellist in conferences and his roles as a juror or advisor on national projects. Since 2022, Ahmad has served as the CEO of Wahaj Investment Group, championing start-ups in the creative sector and showcasing his unwavering dedication to fostering innovation in the industry.
